Registration Cancellations and Refunds1
Cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing (email, fax, or mail) and are subject to approval by ASPS.
If approved, refunds will be issued in the original form of payment and in accordance with the following schedule:
On or before August 16
100% refund less a $25 processing fee
August 17 - September 6
50% refund less a $25 processing fee
September 7 - September 27
50% refund on registration fee only, less a $25 processing fee
After September 28
No refunds issued
1Subject to approval by ASPS. The meeting sponsors are not responsible for travel expenses or penalties under any circumstances.
