Registrants with Verification Letters Required
All registration categories requiring a verification letter or proof of medical license must submit verification materials at time of registration. If not received within 15 days, registration request will be canceled. Please note: course selections will not be completed without verification materials.
Physician/Medical Personnel Registration Includes:
- Admission to the Opening Ceremonies and Welcome Reception
- Admission to the General Scientific Sessions
- Admission to the Exhibit Hall (Saturday through Monday)
- Complimentary lunch and refreshment breaks in the Exhibit Hall
- Admission to Lunch and Learn: Fat Tuesday
- One (1) Plastic Surgery The Meeting Official Program
Spouse/Guest Registration Includes:
